Cancellation Policy
Note: Confirmation and Cancellation (MUST BE IN WRITING) by formal e-mail.
- More than 60 days before arrival date no cancellation fees.
- 60 - 31 days before arrival date 30% of total bill will be charged as cancellation fees.
- 30 - 21 days before arrival date 50% of total bill will be charged as cancellation fees.
- 20 - 16 days before arrival date 75% of total bill will be charged as cancellation fees.
- 15 - 01 days before arrival date 100% of total bill will be charged as cancellation fees.
